You agree that by submitting your Suggestion, you acknowledge and agree that any such Suggestion is nonconfidential, and that Vital Images has no obligation to return anything submitted, respond to, or confirm receipt of your Suggestion. You warrant that no other person or corporation has a property interest in the submitted Suggestion. You understand and acknowledge that Vital Images may itself be developing and creating products or services with similar or identical ideas, and/or that Vital Images may have received or may someday receive similar Suggestions from others, and that existing or planned products and services independently developed without use of your Suggestion may contain ideas or concepts similar or identical to those you submit. You acknowledge and agree that your submission shall not preclude Vital Images from developing or acquiring products or services identical or similar to your Suggestion without obligation to you.
