In response to the concerns surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19), we have taken a number of steps in our organization to allow our employees to work in a manner that gets your calls answered and supports you as you stand at the front lines of this situation. We are actively engaged in helping our customers navigate through this dynamic situation.

We appreciate that you have put your trust in our Canon Medical team, and know together, we will be vigilant and adhere to all of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and local authorities’ recommendations.

At Canon Medical, we have assembled a cross-disciplinary taskforce to monitor the ongoing situation and manage any potential impact to our organization. As part of the response, we have restricted travel and visitors, provided additional sanitizing options around our offices, encouraged telework and are taking additional steps as needed.
